Too cheap to purchase a $30 blow torch, I've designed my own version of a s'more cupcake with a marshmallow fluff buttercream, graham cracker cake base, and chocolate filling in the middle.
Topped with a creamy macadamia nut sauce and sprinkled with toasted macadamia nuts, these banana pancakes are definitely a good reason to get out of bed in the morning.
Seasoned with Cajun spices, cayenne and soy sauce, it's pretty spicy (and salty too), so be sure to serve it with lots of crusty bread or even over pasta.
