Two words: potato thingies. Also known as allo tikki. For the longest time, our judges didn’t know the official name, but buzz between the cubicles for potato thingies was strong, making Maharani the official destination for lunch. The buffet offers vegetarian and meat dishes, a salad bar, naan, and amazing rice pudding for a cooling dessert. The waiters are attentive and will refill your naan basket and water while you’re up and running for a refill of channa masala.
