Food Babe, you are an inspiration for all of us. Like you, I worked for a large consulting company and then went into the pharma world and 35 years later just retired. While my husband and I ate about 80% organic at home I ate so much junk while travelling on business or in the office. I have now adopted Dr. Fuhrman's diet of ETL and I am almost a vegan, except for some organic meat every week. The wake up call like you, happened to me about six months ago when I started having pain in my URQ back which was diagnosed as Gallbladder sludge or a sluggish gallbladder.
I love your Website and all the wonderful recipes! I like you, live in Charlotte (Fort Mill, SC) and only wish there were more options for good food. We found Luna's which is a wonderful restaurant. Keep up the good work!
