I wrote to Mr. Gann via facebook but I feel the need to say it again here. I would love to co-own/manage a store like this in Buffalo NY. We have a strong pro-breastfeeding (LLL, Baby's Sweet Beginnings), pro-cloth diapering (Baby's Sweet Beginnings, fresh&fluffy, Baby Bongos), somewhat "crunchy-mama" environment here and I think this type of store would not only thrive but flourish. I wish you nothing but the best of luck!!!
On a more personal note, I did not cloth diaper my first son but made about 90% of his food. As a FT working mom, I took some shortcuts (using some frozen veggies vs. fresh or organic) but it was easy, I knew exactly what was (or wasn't) going into his body and I felt good doing it. Now as a FT working mom of 2, I use cloth diapers exclusively on my 8 mo old and if I had known how easy it was (and how cute some of the diapers are!) I'd have done it in a heartbeat with my first. (And yes, I launder them myself.)
