Did you actually play the game, or to that notion, even finish it? The story was more in depth and flushed out than the previous two games, and it made more sense as far as why the rouges gallery would be out trying to kill Batman for one night. And if you seen some of the recent DLC, you see that Bruce Wayne gets in his ninja training.
