Actually, historic documents indicate he was born in Cornwall, England, which, would make him a Brit, but ethnically Cornish, if he chose to identify in that manner. Glad you enjoyed the piece and thanks for your comments! :-)

Actually, Jeff Hahne, according to the police report, the breast implants were done before the robbery and the 'Velvet Elvis' was part of the existing decor that was in the house when purchased. Thanks for adding your thoughts. :-)
