I worked part time for about 3 decades doing massages, mostly outcalls but I also had a home office for evening work. Extra income, no way was I going to ever earn a full living at it but it was something I enjoy. One thing I discovered rather early on is that women are far more sexual creatures than I ever imagined up to that point. What was most interesting is that the 30 something mildly tubby housewife types were by far the most aggressive. Once I did realize, I admit I served some, just with touch. In all of those years, not one time was any harm ever done that I know of. To me, it's consenting adults.

It's really no big deal, I worked as a masseur for close to 40 years, off and on. Just as a sideline, it was tough to earn a good living being a male back then in this profession.
Housewives, singles, about 5-10% will like the personal touch, and a bit of practice lets a person learn the teasing and tricks.
Just hands, harmless, between adults, no real sex involved.
