Held this past March at the Blake Hotel, this superb three-day film convention, the brainchild of West Coasters Eben McGarr and Joe Moe (creators of Mad Monster magazine), offered booths, screenings and tons of celebrities with horror/sci-fi/fantasy credits: Rutger Hauer, Brad Dourif, Dave "Darth Vader" Prowse, Traci Lords, Dee Wallace and many, many more. McGarr and Moe have said this will be an annual Charlotte event - let's hope so.
