The airport might be the only place in Charlotte where you can find couples fighting publicly, men in pristine business suits sprinting, the elderly plowing down pedestrians with motorized scooters, supermodels, rock stars and public barefootedness all under one roof. It's a melting pot where, on any given day, you can witness both love affairs and emotional meltdowns. And possibly a TSA strip-search or two.
