Providence Gallery Color Concepts: New Works by Curt Butler and P. Basille Nikitchenko. Curt Butler's oil paintings are inspired by landscapes and cityscapes from across the southeastern U.S. P. Basille Nikitchenko uses warn and cool tones to take his viewers to far away meadows and woodlands untouched by modern intervention. Opening reception on Sept. 16. Sept. 16-Oct. 8. New Works by Feature Artist, Lita Gatlin. Gatlin primarily paints landscapes of the Southeastern part of the United States and Europe, but she also does figurative work. Whatever her chosen subject, she seeks "to capture life being lived". Oct. 10-31. Abundance: New Landscape, Coastal and Still Life Works by Paula Holtzclaw & Jean Cauthen. Paula Holtzclaw has earned regional and national acclaim for her coastal landscapes of the southeastern United States. 11th Annual All American Dog Show Presented by North Mecklenburg Animal Hospital. In addition to the dog show, a highlight of the event is the vendor area, where pet-related businesses and rescue organizations display and sell services and/or products, or raise money and awareness for organizations.
