Needless to say, The Carolina Wing Festival: Road To Buffalo 2011 Tour will be stocked with napkins as participating local area restaurants serve up their own flavorful spins on wings in a battle for a chance at competing in The National Buffalo Wing Festival. Live entertainment (Coconut Groove Band, Dan Plowden Band, Casey Clark and Scott Smith) and contests (Carolina wing eating, bobbing for wings, hot wing eating) will go on throughout the day.
