IL SOGNO DEL MARINAIO
Let’s be honest here — no matter what the name of the band is, people are probably going to refer to it as “Mike Watt and the other guys.” Watt, bassist/co-founder of the Minutemen and Firehose, is the obvious draw here. His bass is the driving force to the atmospheric music which also offers a backdrop to some of Watt’s gravelly, spoken-word style of lyrical presentation.
