Drop the dough in flour to prevent it from sticking.
You gotta smack the dough around to flatten it out.
Create a rim along the edge.
Lui perfects my form.
Mama mia! I\'m doing it!
To spread the sauce, hold the ladle as close to the spoon as possible for more control.
My beautiful bullseye.
A little sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and oregano.
And now for the mozzarella cheese.
Make sure not to get it on the crust. That\'s a big no-no.
\"Don\'t be stingy,\" Lui tells me.
I think I\'m doing good, right?
Maybe a little green spinach for color might be good.
And maybe some olives too, for good measure.
AH! The pizza is sticking to the paddle so Lui turns it upside down using a pizza pan. (Uncertain that this technique will work, I\'m holding my breath.)
Into the oven it goes for about 8 minutes or so.
While my pizza bakes, I drool over the other pizzas. Here\'s the Philly cheese pizza.
More pizza.
It\'s my pizza and it\'s got a tan.
So proud of myself.
My pizza has another round of baking (in a hotter oven this time), so I tour the store again. Check out this cauldron of Lui\'s specialty sauce.
Ding! It\'s ready. Time to take it out of the 600 degree oven.
Please don\'t let me drop it...
Lui, me, and our creation.
Lui shows me how to properly cut a pizza.
Now that\'s a good looking slice, if I do say so myself.
