Last week, we told you the names of all 18 bands that will be featured on Jeff Hahne's Homebrew Volume III. Now, it's time to talk about the event itself ...
Being held on Oct. 1 at the Neighborhood Theatre, the free (yes, FREE!) event will kick off at 8 p.m. with a panel discussion about Charlotte's music scene. We'll chat about what's good, how we can make it better and address questions from people in the audience.
As soon as the talking is done, Bums Lie will get the night's music started. Other performers include Actual Proof, Raised by Wolves, Scoot Pittman Trio, Pradigy, Evelynn Rose and more.
All those in attendance will also get a free copy of the new Homebrew CD, thanks to sponsorship by Highland Brewery, CD Warehouse and the Carolina Live Music Society. Highland Brewery will also be on site for selected beer tastings during the event.
