Your personal identity is the subject under consideration. Who are you becoming and who do you need to be? How do you wish to define yourself before the world? How can you develop an individual identity that is workable while simultaneously maintaining a personally rewarding relationship?

For All Signs: March is an eclipse season this year. The full moon of the 3rd and the new moon of the 18th are both eclipsed. In ancient times eclipses were believed frightening, heralding negative omens, especially in regions of their visibility. Contemporary astrologers now perceive these seasons as periods that relieve critical mass, similar to that of a small earthquake. For many of us this month there will be an experience of manifestation or illumination about situations that have been long brewing. It is a time to face facts, but not all of those facts are frightening or negative. Some people experience very positive results of past effort during eclipse periods. Aries: You must remain true to your deepest self and maintain faith that time will yield the secular opportunities that you crave. Consider hypnosis or meditation, psychotherapy, dream work or journaling as resources to help you contemplate. Solitude can be healing now.

Taurus: You have lessons to learn about discerning who is truly a friend. Those with children must concentrate on fostering those relationships. Some may decide against having babies. This eclipse series may yield a critical turn or decision in the area of love life and personal creativity.

Gemini: Honors may develop in coming months if you have previously built a solid foundation. Family members plead for more attention in subtle and overt ways. You may experience a sense of loss related to family, but renewal occurs in its wake.

Cancer: Exposure to those of different backgrounds or cultures opens your heart and leads you in new directions. A change in the family, household, or a move is on the horizon. Travel, legal matters, ethics, and educational matters are punctuated. Activities in these areas are meaningful to you now.

Leo: Your attitudes in the areas of sexuality, intimacy and material accumulation may need updating. Reorganization of debt and investments may be in progress. Consciousness of existential issues about life and death may compel you to arrange your will or estate. (This is not a message of pending doom.)

Virgo: What is your pattern in significant relationships? What needs to be repaired or improved? How might you contribute to a fuller, richer life for yourself as well as the important persons in your life? It is crucial to search out solutions that favor everyone involved in the relationship.

Libra: Concentrate on improvement of work-related relationships and health maintenance. Diet, exercise and improvement of physical regimen will serve you well. Honing your management systems in personal and work arenas is necessary to improve the efficiency of the daily work routine.

Scorpio: Both errors and successes in parenting and/or creative work will be revealed. Allow dissolution of friendships and associations that no longer serve you well. Make room for fresh creativity. Intense experiences may come through progeny, romance and personal creativity.

Sagittarius: Bringing career into alignment with your true self is an important focus. That which doesn't genuinely fit must be rearranged or eliminated. Old problems in relationships, even with the deceased, are brought to consciousness for cleansing and healing.

Capricorn: Lifelong habit patterns of thought must be reviewed. Now is the time to focus on learning new and practical life skills. Attention may be drawn to travel, education, care of vehicles, and relationships to people who daily traverse your life.

Aquarius: Greater awareness is demanded related to your expenditures of time, energy and money. Debts need to be repaid. Income tax issues may surface during these eclipses. You need to eliminate or recycle whatever is no longer useful in your life. Concentrate on equal give-and-take.
