Free Mochas at McDonald's

Every Monday McDonald's will offer free mochas as part of their summer promotion "Free Mocha Mondays," which will run until August 3. You can get a free seven-ounce iced mocha or an eight-ounce hot mocha during the hours of 7am and 7pm. Looking at my calendar, I see today is Monday. What are you waiting for?

I am sure your readers could get a lot out of this handy tool I found. It calculates the fat, calories etc. of most of the fast-food chains. And, you can even print the order out and take it to the restaurant with you. You can find it at fastfood.com
