Beer Dinner at Maddi's Gallery & Southern Bistro

Maddi's Gallery & Southern Bistro, 16925 Birkdale Commons Parkway in Huntersville, is hosting a Beer Dinner on December 2 at 7 p.m. Cost is $39 per person. On the menu is Butternut squash ravioli with a sage, roasted orange and balsamic reduction paired with Bavik-Premium Belgian Pilsner; carrot and ginger cream soup with Wittekerke authentic Belgian WIT; pecan-crusted halibut with winter greens and shitake mushrooms paired with Petrus Oud Bruin; and apple, cheddar and dried cranberry turnovers with Wittekerke Rose.
