I myself am one of the kids you are talking about in this article. I just want to thank you for writing this article because the highlight of my week is going to uptown to skateboard, and its nice to have someone on my side for once.

I skateboard uptown almost every weekend and am constantly given dirty looks from afluent people walking down the sidewalk. I'm careful to stay out of their way, but they still are very rude. If I try to be nice by saying hello they will ignore me. I appreciate you making this point because what your saying is so tue. We're just just trying to enjoy our youth while we still have it.

Certainly, the professor is accurate in suggesting that her students rethink and or modify their attitudes toward the Latinos currently residing within this region. Further, she, the professor is justly reasoned to question her students' mindset regarding their disregarding disposition because as I see it, these Latinos are hardworking, respectful, and are also learning formal English in order to progress academically, socially, and financially. In addition, they labor intensively( Latinos)not to make a public statment of their presence; rather, they do so to ascertain a strong and pervasive voice that in turn impacts them and their family in the areas aforementioned above. There goal is not to take over; instead, their intention is to amass wealth, experience, and a positive life for their children. Unlike the students whom I teach and have taught, Latinos are aggressively chasing the American dream for self-amelioration! They are driven highly, tremendously focused, and greatly familial only to advance their people together. This is true although there a few who have made tremedous errors while here. Nevertheless, we ought to respect Latinos, enjoy their culture, learn Spanish as well as teach English, and make room for a cultural boom which will impact our culture, literature, and people alike.
