Re: “Digital Noir f. Michael Price and DJ Spider

One of the best parties in Charlotte, hands down. Spider and Price are the perfect mix of all flavors of dark music!

Re: “Dweezil Zappa Guitar Masterclass

Looking forward to Dweezil. If you haven't checked it out, Shampoohorn is a very well done album of twisted guitar and solid songwriting and vocals provided by Ahmet. It's circa 1992 or so I believe but a nice effort by talented, tight playing musicians.

Re: “The Give & the Take w/ Cole Collins Us & Them

I saw The Give & The Take play down in Charleston This summer and they are a great southeast band that you want to have on your radar. Passionate songwriting and lead vocals from Singer/Keyboardist Charlotte with a rock solid band. Kinda like an upbeat Adele. No better room than the muse, so I'm sure it will be a blast. My $.02

Re: “Charlotte NORML

The location for this event has changed! We will be meeting at 200 E. 36th Street, Charlotte, NC 28206. Due to light rail construction, you will need to turn onto 36th Street from Tryon Road.

Re: “CrabToberFest

Agreed, this was an UNMITIGATED DISASTER. Our group of 5 waited 2 hours then we left when it was apparent that whoever put this event together did NOT know what they were doing. The person that was checking in people and giving out the event wrist bands said if you want a refund, put your name and ticket number on the refund sheet. After the event, it seems, THEY decided to NOT to the right thing and refund for a MASSIVE FAIL.

Re: “CrabToberFest

It started off slow but I stayed until about 5pm for the first event, they let us stay longer. I think I ate about 36 crabs and a bunch of corn. Good time.

Re: “CrabToberFest

Crabtober Festival was the worst event ever. Long wait times, over 2 hours in line, food was not prepared in time, crabs came out raw. Nothing was done to make good with the patrons. We were told to leave contact information for a refund then that night they posted on FB that there would be no refunds. THE owner blamed patrons for not having a good time, for showing up and expecting food to be ready, and for leaving too soon. It was really shameful. Shame on them for being so disorganized, inconsiderate and obnoxious enough to insinuate that persons who requested refunds did so after eating their fair share. There is now way they should treat customers like that and be so aloof about it.

Re: “Free Huntersville 1st Time Home Buying Seminar

This really weak. A sales pitch not cleverly disguised as a community event. Spam much?

Re: “Joseph Michael Mahfoud

THE Listening Room in the Southeast. If you are looking for an intimate setting, where the sound actually matters, The Evening Muse is that venue. Period.
Genre's are singer/songwriter, folk, country, blues, latin, alt, rock, its just the best place to hear exciting new artists and established ones as well. A MUST go-to for any live music fan. Never a bad show. And by the way, Joseph Michael Mahfoud has soul...I've seen SRV many times, and he would also agree with that assessment.
