I've wondered how people like Ted Kennedy stay in office.....guess this is our version. I wish voters would actually do a little research before hanging a chad.

Maters such as this, and the CYA attitude of the school administrators chrinicled in your other story this week seem to me to be a part of the same story: we are well along the path to an entrenched level of curruption that is aided and abetted by so-called "community leaders" who wholy pervert the motto "esse quam videri". Clealy they are far more concerned with what they can appear to be than with what they are, and it leads us down the path to becoming known as "The Bad Government State".

I am truly saddened that there are those who would blame a group of people for the actions of one troubled individual. That only increases human suffering and adds to the tragedy.
