Businesses located in the city limits of Lancaster, SC are invited to compete for free Lancaster News advertising by decorating the exterior their location by December 6, 2013. There is no entry fee & forms are due December 2, 2013. Judging by See Lancaster Design Committee will take place December 9, 2013 from 6-8pm. First place is $300 advertising, second place is $200 advertising. All participants will also be promoted widely to encourage visitors for the Red Rose Holiday Tour. Free

In this presentation given by Dr. Ron Cox we will discuss the background causes, as well as major occurrences, of the American Revolution. This event is free and open to the public. A hilarious investigation led by a campaign happy deputy, silly audience antics, farcical chase sequences through the audience, mistaken identities; the chance for some talented performer to play three different outrageous characters... and of course... the audience gets their chance to question the suspects. A wonderful evening of fun and mystery!The fun begins as soon as the guests arrive. There will be a cash bar for social/cocktail hour beginning at 6:00 PM. At 7:00 PM the dinner theatre will begin.
