It is a super fun way to learn to connect with each other through communication and trust, while building strength, flexibility, and courage among other things. In this series, we will practice basics of L-Basing, Flying, and proper spotting techniques needed for anyone wanting to try Acro. Strength building techniques, warm-ups, and calibrations will be explored as well. Classes meet Thursdays 10/13-10/28 7:30-8:45p $75 for all 3 weeks
