Be Kids provides a safe, fun and supportive environment for kids to explore the science of yoga. Each class is structured to allow your child to explore their own strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The next IMPAKT gettogether will be the start of the workshop series for the youth of PAK, ages 8 – 17. This project was made possible through a community award from Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE). It will be run by Jon Eccleston, LCSW from Carolinas Therapy Solutions. The workshops will cover all aspects of dealing with a severe allergy diagnosis in an age appropriate manner. Topics to be covered but are not limited to: stress, anxiety, dealing with friends, schools, outside activities, autoinjector management and the like. $10
