This 10-week workshop will help you develop skills to deal with problems that arise from trauma and/or addiction. It is open to women 21 years and older. When we experience physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, our vulnerability to addictions, self-destructive behaviors, and relationship problems is raised, among other things. This group will teach skills to help you cope with those traumas and feel safer in your day to day life. Each 90 minute session will cover topics including but not limited to detaching from emotional pain, taking back your power, setting boundaries in relationships, and community resources. $450 for 10-week program
