OH and $2 16 oz PBR. Plaza Midwood's Crowded Monocle hosts an improv free-for-all hosted by their director, Zen Master: James Lee Walker II. Do you even monocle bro? It's your favorite Common Market hanging, PBR drinking, spades-n-chess playing, ally way crowding, Mid-Hood loyal, reverse angle parking warning, gentrification complaining, "what's uptown?" asking, ...apparently...cult-like improv troupe. Bring a date! We'll tell them they're pretty! We'll say it to you too if you want! Don't worry if you think you aren't... you ARE! Besides, we're amazing actors! Free

Lilith

Thu., Jan. 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

This exhibit was curated by Jonell Logan and named after Adam’s first wife, whom many call the first feminist. It showcases the works of local photographers Jodi Bieber, Guia Besana, Allison Janae Hamilton, Maxine Helfman and Donna Cooper Hurt, each of whom uses the camera to create new or alternative narratives regarding femininity, history, identity and power. Lilith left Adam rather than be subjugated to his will, so if you’ve got a man and he’s skeptical about this show, leave him home. Free
