What are chakras? How can you benefit from understanding them? This is a unique opportunity for you to understand the energy centers in your body on all levels. This workshop will deepen your knowledge of the chakra system (even if you already feel like a pro), its effects on your mind and body, and provide ways to realign yourself energetically. Join Kaitlin as we work with each of our chakras using yoga poses, introspective questions, group exercises, and meditation. Let go of old baggage and open up to healthier habits and self-revelation in a supportive, safe, and playful environment. $40, or $35 if you sign up by 1/13
