According to scoopCharlotte.com, TRCW in Phillips Place is offering you 25 percent off a casual or cocktail dress if you donate your gently used clothing to their collection for the Harvest Center. They are looking for donations of women’s jackets, sweaters, skirts, pants, dresses and outerwear and their donation campaign lasts through the month of November — meaning today's the last day.
