Upcoming: Hems and Hers trunk show

I like when local stores pimp out their local designers, and Bella Ropa is doing just that with Hems & Hers. The Birkdale Village boutique is hosting a trunk show with local designer Caroline Black and her line Hems & Hers. The event goes down Friday, from 1 p.m.-4 p.m. Check out this blurb I stole from Bella Ropa's blog, straight from the mouth of the store owner:
This is where Caroline Black pops into the picture. She is the bubbly personality behind Hems and Hers. You might have seen her pieces featured in Charlotte Magazine but I am happy to say we are the first store to carry the line! Hems and Hers is a line of skirts and dresses in bright, vibrant patterns. All of the pieces are hand sewn with great care and attention to detail. My favorite part is that each piece retails for under $100! So you can be stylish and not break the bank.
And check out this piece I found on the Hems & Hers site, rumored to make an appearance at the trunk show.
