Apparently, Tuesday night is the night to party like you don't have to go to work the next day. At least at Whisky River it is. Last night was their College Night, complete with a bikini contest. Last night we checked out Touch, a weekly event held at Brevard Court in Uptown. According to the organizer's web site, "the mission of Touch is to help bring public awareness on the importance of recycling."
