Pop Life: The 'Get Involved' Edition

Join Creative Loafing and The Sol Kitchen as they party with a purpose at the July 16th edition of Pop Life.
We'll be throwing a spotlight on local groups that are making a difference in the city -- like the Urban League of Central Carolinas, Planned Parenthood Young Advocates, GenerationEngage and the Arts & Science Council -- and tell you how you can get involved. Plus we'll feature art, drink specials, cool people and an eclectic blend of music provided by Kitch and DJ Stacey Blackman.
Wednesday, July 16 at Loft 1523 (1523 Elizabeth Ave.) Doors open at 6 p.m., 21 and over, and -- as always -- it's free.
