A Trader Joe's favorite

Posted by Web Editor on Thu, Oct 23, 2008 at 3:15 PM

The chicken gyoza potstickers from Trader Joe's have now become one of my favorites at the store. They come packaged by the bag in the frozen food section. These potstickers only take 7 minutes or so to go from freezer to dinner plate, so they make a great quick dinner option. Just brown the bottoms in a pan, add some water and a lid to the pan, and let them steam for 5 minutes. Dip them in soy sauce and maybe some chili sauce for a kick. These would also make a great party appetizer. For you calorie counters, don't worry, it's 270 calories and 6 grams of fat for 7 potstickers. Read an in-depth review at blog Heat Eat Review.
