Charlotte is getting another high-end steakhouse-type restaurant uptown. Chima Brazilian Steakhouse joins the ranks of Flemmings, Ruth's Chris, and Capital Grille. Chima is slated to open on South Tryon Street Nov. 10. The restaurant will provide authentic Brazilian cuisine and experience.

“Chima is more than just a restaurant, it’s a passion,” said Bruno Silva, Owner and Managing Partner of all Chima Brazilian Steakhouses.

Gauchos dressed in Brazilian garb will serve 17 kinds of meat to you at your table. Meats will include filet mignon, pork loin, lamb chops, chicken and salmon. If that's too much meat for you, you can always choose the meal option of the salad bar which will feature over 40 items of both American and Brazilian fare.
