CL's day in court

Creative Loafing — the chain, not this paper alone — is scheduled to make its case for reorganization before a Tampa judge tomorrow at 2 p.m. Here's the reorganization plan and an accompanying disclosure statement. Happy reading.
For an outside take on the situation, check out former Atlanta CL scribe Steve Fennessy's take at Atlanta magazine. I'm not sure what will shake out, but I don't expect much that will be immediately noticeable to readers or life-changing for employees. At least, nothing that hasn't been noted before.
