Pewter Bistro chef and co-owner Geoff Bragg is teaching culinary arts at Seigle Avenue Partners after-school program.
New on the menu at Cantina 1511 are Filet Mignon Tacos ($14), Enchiladas Tradicionales with chicken and Oaxaca cheese ($10 to $12), and Pescado Yucatan: grilled fish with spicy habanero pico de gallo($13 to $18). 1511 East Boulevard and 7708 Rea Road.
