Bad day for Duke Energy

Profits are down and lawsuits are up. A Durham-based environmental group, NC Warn, plans to announce legal action against the energy company today, according to News 14.

Duke Energy's first-quarter earnings fell to 28 cents a share, the company reported this morning, compared to 35 cents a share for the same period last year.
