JCSU to launch Metropolitan College

If you've been out of high school for five or more years with the desire to obtain a degree — sans the large classes or distractions that could come with a young student body — JCSU's got you covered.

University president, Dr. Ronald L. Carter, is in the process of developing Metropolitan College, a program for adults continuing their education.

I like the concept and maybe he's trying to get a group ignored or missed by CPCC, but in the original article he doesn't really answer how the program is different form CPCC. He just states that he hopes the credits transfer.
