• North Korea's missile tests
• The lack of funding for this Senior Center
• The continuing violence in Pakistan

UH I don't know Frank... Maybe because it involves kids and children are our future. UH maybe because everywhere isn't losing jobs(look at the latest unemployment report released by the ESC). Also, if those in higher up positions in the school system who do less and get paid more took pay cuts. Layoffs would be largely unnecessary.
