Aggressive driver charged, pointed gun on I-77

I don't know about you, but I've noticed an uptick in road rage in the Charlotte area. People, in billboard-size SUVs, passing cars on residential roads. Tailgaters. The finger. Irate waving and screaming in the rear view mirror. All this because someone is only driving the speed limit.

Call it a sign of the times.

What I haven't seen, thankfully, is this:

A Columbia-area man was arrested over the weekend and charged with pointing a gun at another motorist on Interstate 77 near the York-Chester county line.

The woman said that when she passed the car, the driver pointed a gun at her and sped off. Knutson told deputies he pointed a pistol at the Florida woman because he thought she was pointing a gun at him, according to the sheriff's office.
