Five people, places and things we really ain't digging today.
• Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina. Even President Carter thinks the guy is a racist. What the hell is up with S.C. elected officials anyway? And this video by his wife is bizarre:
• The fact that the N.C . economy is expected to contract this year.
• Anyone who actually gives a shit that Tom DeLay will be on this season's Dancing With the Stars.
• The death of Patrick Swayze. Damn I love Roadhouse.
• Anyone who cares about Tyra Banks' or Meghan McCain's weave.

..."Even President Carter thinks the guy is a racist." What a stupid, irrelevant comment. Jimmy Carter is widely viewed as one of the biggest failures our Presidency has ever known - who cares what he thinks. It wasn't a racist comment...it was an opinion. It is funny that Obama can rally the NAACP and unions and that is okay...but a respected white Senator speaks against him and it is racism - what a bunch ignorant sycophants...

Wow. A politician calling another politician a liar. What will we get next, Chris Brown teaching Kanye how to show respect to women? Two wrongs don't make a right - Obama may be misleading or not providing enough info, but Wilson being a loud mouthed good ole boy with 19th century views doesn't do much for the progression of our country either. I guess it doesn't matter, we all sit here and suffer until someone stops talking and starts doing.
