One Love Fest: Unity of Art and Music

The Art House

Tonight, The Art House presents the One Love Fest: Unity of Art and Music, which will feature a performance by reggae act Middle Passage X, as well as spoken word, arts and crafts, and art on display by local and visiting artists, including Michael Cooper, Natasha Powell, Antoine Williams and more. A portion of proceeds raised from the event will go to Toys for Tots and domestic violence victims.

Party Nasty Productions will present an alternative to the ordinary Xmas soiree with "A Very Horny Christmas," a Viking-themed holiday bash at Visulite Theatre. The event will feature live music by Iron Cordoba, "blood eggnog wrestling" from The Gore-A-Licious Girls, Mistress Collette's Brutal Holiday Torture, an appearance by the bearded man in red (Yes, Santa, and folks will get the chance to sit on his lap, too), a costume contest and more. more...

Performances of the comedy-driven and improv-oriented, Sister’s Christmas Catechism, continue tonight at Booth Playhouse. In the show, Sister questions — what happened to the Magi’s gold? Audience members listen, as a "class," as Sister gives her take on the mystery.
