Upcoming events for gardners

From the UNC Charlotte Botanical Garden:

The Fall Plant Sale season is upon us – and is actually beginning this weekend with CPCC Horticulture Program’s sale. Mark your calendars, walk your garden to survey your opportunities, shop the all the sales, and then let the planting begin!

October 2 & 3, 9am-3pm: Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, Belmont

Opting for a nature-based craft show and sale this Fall, so if you are looking for some botanical inspiration that does not require a shovel and watering can – check out their AutumnFaire, October 2 & 3, . http://www.dsbg.org/

October 6-9, 10am-4pm (Oct. 5 for members): Wing Haven Gardens Fall Sale, 248 Ridgewood Avenue

Free programs during their sale (beginning at 10:30) – shop the sale and learn, too! http://www.winghavengardens.com/

October 8-9, 9am-3pm (Oct. 7, 3-6, for members): UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens Fall Sale, 9090 Craver Rd. (McMillan Greenhouse on campus)
