Deniro Farrar signs with Vice Records

Charlotte cult rapper Deniro Farrar signed a deal with Vice Records, he announced on Facebook today. Vice, which is distributed by the Warner Music Group, is also home to Snoop Lion, The Black Lips, Bloc Party, Chromeo and Fucked Up, among others.

Mike McCray caught up with Farrar last year to tell his story up to that point. Now it sounds like we have some more catching up to do...

Farrar will perform as part of the AMCS Bodega being held at the Fillmore on Nov. 17.
