Posted By on Thu, Feb 13, 2014 at 10:45 AM

As is to be expected because of #snowmageddon, if you think it's closed, it probably is. The following local big boy art institutions are all closed, and related events are canceled for today/tonight, Feb. 13.

* Blumenthal Performing Arts: Tonight's events that have been canceled include: An Evening with Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough at Knight Theater (rescheduled for April 17), The Mountaintop at Booth Playhouse, Jon Batiste & Stay Human at McGlohon Theater, Moliere's The School for Wives at Duke Energy Theater

* Mint Museum Randolph and Uptown locations

* Bechtler Museum of Modern Art

* Harvey B. Gantt Center for African American Arts + Culture

* Discovery Place

* The Comedy Zone

* UpStage

We will update this list as we hear of any more cancellations for tonight.
