Gen. David Petraeus will be sentenced today in Charlotte for sharing classified information with his lover/biographer Paula Broadwell. Another case involving the leaking of classified information garnered a sentence of 13 months in jail.
The North Carolina House is taking a stand for privacy. House Bill 792 tackles revenge porn and online impersonation; it was passed by The House Judiciary IV Committee unananimously.
