Bonnaroo excitement builds

Posted By on Mon, Feb 14, 2011 at 11:39 AM

The lineup for the 10th Annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival is due at noon tomorrow, so you know those rumor mills are going full speed. Not helping the cause was AC Entertainment's Ashley Capps who sent out a Twitter message last night simply stating, "Holy shit! The line up for #Bonnaroo just went over the top tonight...beyond thrilled. Great line up and some once in a lifetime shows."

With rumors of Arcade Fire as a headliner and the band winning album of the year, I'm guessing that could have sparked his comments. Outside of that you also had a performance by rumored 'Roo attendees Cee-Lo Green and Mumford & Sons. Capps also sent out a Twitter mentioning Esperanza Spalding.

Or perhaps they got some last-minute signings that will make the lineup bigger than he expected. OR, he's just trying to hype his festival in any way that he can.

Other headliner rumors range from Widespread Panic, Robert Plant and the Band of Joy, My Morning Jacket and The Black Keys to anyone from The Rolling Stones or Rage Against the Machine to Radiohead and Eminem. R.E.M. has also been thrown in the mix.

If you look at the recently uploaded videos to Bonnaroo.com, you'll see Widespread Panic, My Morning Jacket, Robert Plant and Primus.

Meanwhile, Radiohead has announced that its new album will be available for download on Saturday...

So, here's the summary of who is expected; we'll see tomorrow who is right or wrong:

Arcade Fire

Widespread Panic

Robert Plant and Band of Joy

My Morning Jacket

Primus

The Black Keys

Florence And the Machine

Big Boi

Gregg Allman

Robyn

Mumford & Sons

Those Darlins
