17th Annual Charlotte Goes Green Festival 

When: Sat., March 16, 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. 2013
Price: Free admission
The festival, held in Uptown Charlotte on Tryon Street from 3rd Street to 1st Street, will feature live Irish music by the Federal Clan Kings & Thistledown Tinkers, Irish dancers and a pipe & drum performance by the Grandfather Mountain Highlanders. In addition, there will be Irish/Celtic vendors, arts & crafts, a kids zone, and food and beverages for sale. Register for a chance to win a trip to Ireland.
