The Coalition is one of the best dog advocate groups around. Not only does it help solve the big problem in the area of thousands of dogs left outside chained, with no shelter, but it also addresses the problem of unwanted animals by providing free spaying and neutering. No one recieves a salary for doing this work, and many work both days of the weekend providing a roomy fenced-in area with shelter for the animals served.
