If someone is taking on the task of making a fashion even happen in Charlotte that actually benefits the industry here, regardless of:
- who tried in the past
- who failed in the past
- who succeeded
- who got sued
- who crapped on who
I don't see that as a negative.
It's about growing a business, not a bunch of butt-hurt whiners who like to point out the flaws and fails of the past.
Getting more people on board with a business mindset toward fashion in the city is key to it's success. A unified fashion collaborative with that focus is more powerful than a fragmented series of superficial events.
Anyone getting off their rear-ends to make that happen in the right way ought to be applauded.
