Roy Cooper allowed a confidential informant, Gerald Allen Rolle, to prostitute a disabled adult in order to protect his heroin convictions. In both roles as our Attorney General and head of the State Bureau of Investigation, Cooper refused to open an investigation into the second degree sexual assault of a mentally ill disabled adult. Presumably because it lead back to him directly. This man does not Serve and Protect citizens, families, or law. He is in it for himself alone. He does not need to be our governor. Roy Cooper needs to be charged with Accessory, Criminal Negligence and willful failure to discharge duties.
