During our 2 hours together, we will use essential oils, breathe work, meditation, music, and deep stretch yoga to slow you down and shift you into a delicious energy rich state of being. From this place, we will focus on one area of your life you’d like to move forward. By the end of our journey, not only will you feel relaxed and recharged, you’ll walk away with a road map designed to support you in getting from point A to point B in the area of your choice.
