Matthews Playhouse of Performing Arts presents its own musical version of the well-known story by Charles Dickens. Giving it a modern twist, Scrooge and the setting of the story moves to the 21st century where the ghosts from his past, present and future show him there is more to life than money. Performers include students, ages 6 through high school, from year-long theater classes.
